Flexibility & Fitness Classes are highly recommended for students aged 5 and above. This class gives the students an opportunity to increase their flexibility and fitness levels, via exercises learnt in a safe fun environment.
The exercises taught during these classes aim to increase the student's posture, core strength, flexibility , weight placement, balance and overall technique. As flexibility and fitness is fundamental to every dance genre.
